Team was very respectful of the property and efficient. Floors looked nice once finished. If you have thresholds, make sure to confirm these will be done. I did not and not to the fault of Damien's but mine. We had a coulle of very small areas where the finish coagulated where it wasn't as smooth as the rest of the room. Otherwise they were very nice and certainly much better than before.

they did a fantastic job sanding and refinishing my bed room floors which were put in in 1954 and had some stains I didn't think would ever come out and but they did! They also stained, refinished and extended my living room floors. You would never know where the old floor ends and the new floor begins.

Damien Hardwood Floors did a great job on our hardwood floors at our home! All work was done very professional and all steps made to assure that any dust that may have been made from the sanding of the floors was very minimal and that was the case as there was barely any trace of dust from all of the work done to strip down and refinish the oak flooring we had Damien finish for us. We opted for the gloss finish and that made the refinishing results even better as all not only looked like new but looked like the floors were still wet when finished ! There was also no trace of imperfections or debris within the finish coats of which can happen with some floor finishing contractors Damien Hardwood Floors will always be our choice for hardwood floor finishing for sure and they most certainly deserve a grade A+ rating for the work and results they did on refinishing our solid oak hardwood flooring!

These guys did such a great job on our floors. When we bought our house, there was carpet in the 2nd floor and hardwood floor underneath. Of course when all of the carpet was pulled up, areas of the floor were in rough shape. They replaced some boards and refinished and they still look beautiful. Will definitely use them when we refinish the first floor.

We successfully used Damien Hardwood Floors to remove the carpet in our family room, and replace it with a typical oak wood floor. The initial process was simple and straightforward, and the installation well done as expected and agreed. The actual workers did not speak any English, though when an issue came up I was able to get them to call the owner, who was fluent in English, explain it to him, and he instructed them what to do, and they did it. We would use them again if needed.

I had Damien floor install new Fir floors in my home when I removed wall to wall and saw what it was hiding, plywood, which must have been used when a repair was done by the previous owner. Fir was the flooring in all the adjacent rooms so it made sense to use it in the dining room, hallways and areas that needed to be reinstalled. They worked exceptionally well in installing the flooring and then refinishing the flooring in the remainder of the house in a timely fashion. I really have nothing that I would have done differently and when I need new wood flooring or a refinishing job I'll call them again. They came in on budget!!! I know a few people that have used them since I did and they were equally satisfied as well.

Tom and his guys did an absolutely amazing job fixing a small section of my hardwood floor. Long story but I basically hired another company from the south shore to fix a small spot where the planking had buckled. They came and fixed it and left without even making an attempt to have it match the rest of the floor. I was extremely pissed and disappointed. Now, I do know that it is difficult and sometimes impossible to blend a fixed floor into the existing color. I called Damien Floors and sent Tom the pictures of the disaster of a job by the other company. He sent his guy in to fix it and in two days, he made the repaired section look exactly like the original floor! A fantastic job!!! I know people will tell tell you they can’t match repairs to an existing floor but the guys at Damien can. Thank you Tom and crew!!! Perfect job!!!

Damien Hardwood Floors installed wood floor in my living room. I previously had wood floors in the dining room, family room and the front to back hallway. They professionally installed the new flooring to the same height as the abutting tile. They matched the different slat widths, sanded and stained to complement the already installed flooring. It looked terrific.

We were recommend to and used Damien Floors back in April to refinish antique wide plank pine floors. Communication to get a quote and scheduling was always fast and easy. We had to work off of pictures for the quote since it was a new home we were purchasing and had a tight timeline to get the floors done before moving in. Tom accommodated us at every junction. The floors really turned out beautifully, were done so quickly, and have held up amazingly for ~7 months now. Would recommend this company to anyone! See before and after pictures.
